Refund policy

At Kris Cush Art, we want you to love your artwork. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read below for our returns and refund guidelines.

1. Original Artworks

We accept returns of original artworks within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible, the artwork must be:

  • In its original condition

  • In its original or equivalent secure packaging

  • Returned at the buyer’s expense (unless the item is faulty or damaged)

To begin a return, please contact us at kris@artfulliving.net.au with your order details.

2. Commissioned Artworks

Commissioned artworks are made specifically for you and are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on custom pieces.

If a commissioned piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and offer a resolution.

3. Reproductions (Prints)

If you are not satisfied with a print (reproduction), you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Please contact us prior to returning any items to confirm eligibility and receive instructions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at kris@artfulliving.net.au within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue fairly—either by replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt without it.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
