Shipping policy

At Kris Cush Art, we take care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle orders, delivery timeframes, costs, and other shipping-related information.

1. Processing Time

All orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Original artworks and Reproductions (prints): Dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.

  • Commissioned artworks: Processing and production time varies depending on the scope and scale of the piece. Timeframes will be confirmed with you directly during the commissioning process.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

We offer:

  • Standard shipping within Australia

  • Express shipping (optional at checkout)

  • International shipping (rates vary by country)

Free local pickup or delivery may be available for select Brisbane suburbs—please contact us to arrange.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days

  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Please note these are estimates only and delays may occur due to postal disruptions or customs clearance.

4. Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Prints are sent flat or rolled in tubes depending on size and destination.
Original and commissioned works are packed securely and may require a signature on delivery.

5. Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking. Original and commissioned artworks may also include insurance during transit for added peace of mind.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your item is damaged or lost in transit, please email us at kris@artfulliving.net.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
