All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments for products or services must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For any products purchased through our website (such as original artworks or prints), shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be outlined at checkout.

Kris Cush Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during shipping. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issues where possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Original artworks can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Original commissioned artworks are one-of-a-kind and made specifically for you. As such, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Reproductions (prints) may also be returned within 30 days for a refund if you are not satisfied. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.
